I contacted 3 different realtors in Deland to hire someone to sell my home. A realtor friend told me 3 questions to ask each of them. Terry answered all the questions without being offended (example "how much in sales did you have last year?) She and everyone in her office was friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to have someone go to the house to let the gas man turn on the gas, got someone to mow my lawn, which was very helpful for a long distance landlord. She sold the house and I closed within the month I put it on the market. She handled the closing and put my money in my bank. Thanks to Linda and Andy from her office too!
